The 1st Annual Russell Tolson II Memorial Nursing Scholarship was awarded to current EHOVE Adult Career Center students Mark Larson of Norwalk and Valerie Lovett of Lorain. Both students are in the Practical Nursing program and were awarded $500 each.
This scholarship is in memory of 2016 EHOVE School of Practical Nursing graduate, Russell Tolson II, who was passionate about helping others through his pursuit of a career in nursing. It is the wish of the Tolson family to continue Russell’s legacy through an annual nursing scholarship which is available to current EHOVE LPN students during June of each year.
Special thanks to the Tolson family for honoring Russell through this wonderful memorial scholarship of which EHOVE is honored to be able to offer to students.
