EHOVE students participated in the SkillsUSA regional competition to demonstrate their skills against students from other schools.
22 EHOVE students have placed in the top four and qualified for the state competition. View the Results Additionally, several other students will compete at the state-level competition because their categories do not provide regional competitions.
Participating in student organizations and competitions allows students to experience the leadership opportunities, community service work, chance to apply the career field skills they’ve learned, and professional connections and opportunities.
SkillsUSA is a partnership of students, teachers and industry working together to ensure America has a skilled workforce. The Ohio chapter provides its 31,500+ career-technical education members, which includes many EHOVE students, the opportunity to participate in local, regional, state and national competitive events, and encourages students to give back to the community through various community service activities.
