Patient Care Technician Graduates

EHOVE Adult Career Center is proud to announce the graduation of students in the Patient Care Technician program.  In a little over a year, students become ready for a new career by learning phlebotomy, how to assist healthcare staff with medical procedures, EKG monitoring, admin/office skills and how to help patients with daily living.

“We are prepared for the challenges of our new endeavors thanks to our education here at EHOVE Career Center through the adult education program,” said Salutatorian Julie Bolding,  “This has been one of the greatest experiences of my life and I am so excited to get out there in the field and use what our instructors gave us.”

“Now, the reward for all of our hard work is here,” said Valedictorian Barbara Gott. “Wonderful, exciting, fulfilling, new careers lie ahead of us. I cannot wait.”

For the third year in a row, the program boasts a 100% pass rate by the students in two industry credentials, Patient Care Technician (CPCT) and EKG Technician (CET).  These credentials further demonstrate to the employer the graduate has attained knowledge, skills, and abilities based on national certification standards.
