Another new team member
EHOVE Career Center is proud to announce that a new member has joined the team. Chris Frank of Oberlin will fill the position of Assistant Director for the upcoming school year. In his new role, Frank will function as a building supervisor who deals with curriculum and other administrative duties, and will oversee several of EHOVE’s training programs, including the transportation and public safety programs.
“It’s an honor to have the opportunity to take this next step in my career,” said Frank. “I’ve known about EHOVE for a long time and am excited to join the team.”
Originally from Apple Creek, Frank is currently a Career Based Intervention (CBI) at Oberlin HS, where he’s also taught social studies during his nine years with the district. He has also served as a basketball coach at Oberlin and the University of Akron - Wayne.
Frank earned a Bachelors degree in Integrated Social Studies from University of Akron, as well as a CBI Endorsement from Kent State University and a Masters of Administration from Ashland University.
He and his wife of nine years, Monica, have two children, Christopher and Marianna. Frank says the family stays very involved in many outdoor sports and activities.
