Retail Careers is designed to serve students who have a career interest in marketing and merchandising. The curriculum and lab experiences focus mainly on the duties performed by retail associates and management employees who work with a variety of merchandise in department, discount and specialty stores. The program emphasizes customer service and employee relations. Students travel to community based laboratories at stores in the Sandusky Mall and Norwalk to explore a variety of jobs and gain hands-on experience.

Get Involved
Retail Careers students will become members of DECA, an association of marketing students. DECA allows students to participate in marketing competitive events, fund-raisers, community service projects and social chapter activities.
