Manufacturing Technology Cluster is a two-year program that provides graduates with skills in basic welding, machining and computer- aided drawing. Students will select one program (welding or machine trades) to be their primary major at the end of their junior year.

Students in their junior year will complete nine weeks for each program: welding, machine trades and computer-aided drawing and blueprint reading.

In addition to equipping the student with diverse skill competencies to make the graduate more employable, some could be eligible to apply for dual certifications in both AWS and NIMS.

Get Involved
Manufacturing Tech students will become members of Skills USA VICA, an association of trades and industry students. Skills USA VICA allows students to participate in competitive events, fund-raisers, community service projects and social chapter activities.
