Students will have the opportunity to learn safe use of hand tools, power tools and power equipment associated with the carpentry, plumbing and electricity trades.

Students receive theoretical and practical instruction in carpentry, plumbing, and electricity, learning the characteristics of building material and methods. Throughout the year, hands-on projects give invaluable experience in the trade.

Get Involved

Construction Trades students will become members of Skills USA VICA, an association of trades and industry students. Skills USA VICA allows students to participate in competitive events, fund-raisers, community service projects and social chapter activities.
