It's no secret that the restaurant and food service industry is growing. In fact, it is estimated that from 2007 to 2017 the number of jobs in the restaurant and food service industry is projected to increase by 2 million — approximately 47,000 of which will be management positions. ProStart is a school-to-career program created by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, that gives students real skills, real knowledge, real jobs!
