| Mrs. Mastroianni resides in her hometown of Monroeville, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Masters of Education from Bowling Green State University. She earned a Specialist in Education from the University of Toledo. | |

Mrs. Kitty Smith Executive Director |
| Mrs. Smith is a native of North Central Ohio. She and her family reside in Perkins Township, Sandusky. She earned an Associate Degree from BGSU Firelands, and later returned to Bowling Green State University to earn her Bachelor's and Master's degrees. | |

Mr. Rod Smith Principal |
| Mr. Smith resides in Castalia, Ohio. He has served as a probation officer for Sandusky County Juvenile Court, and 12 years in the Army. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Toledo, and earned his Master's Degree in Education at Bowling Green State University. He currently has ten years teaching and two years administrative experience. | |

Mr. Dale VanLerberghe Assistant Principal |
| A graduate from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and from Bowling Green State University with a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision, Mr. VanLerberghe also has plenty of experience. Most recently a Principal at Port Clinton High School, he has made his way to EHOVE from teaching and administrative roles in Monroeville and Port Clinton schools, plus involvement with the Huron County Youth Group Home, Reach Our Youth program, and Ottawa County Probation Department. “Mr. V” is originally from Wakeman, but is now a Catawba Island resident. | |

Mrs. Beckman lives in Republic and brings experience as a CAD instructor at The Tech Center, and process analyst and I.T. specialist at ThyssenKrupp Atlas, with her. She earned a Master of Education from the University of Toledo, a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Bowling Green State University, an Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering/CAD/CAM from Terra Community College and a Principal’s License from the University of Findlay. | |

Mr. Matthew Ehrhardt Assistant Director |
| Mr. Ehrhardt has plenty of experience and a solid education in his background. After graduating from Edison High School, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (grades 1-8) from the University of Toledo, a Master’s degree and Principal’s Licensure (grades 4-12) from Ashland University. He is currently seeking his Superintendent’s Licensure through Ashland University as well. The experience as an educator that he brings to EHOVE is an asset to the school. Ehrhardt taught in the classroom for eight years, then spent three years in Avon Lake as an Assistant Principal, before returning to the area where he was the Principal and Transportation Director at Berlin Milan Middle School for two years. | |

| Mr. Jenkins resides in Milan, Ohio. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. | |

Mr. Larry Hanneman Treasurer |
| Mr. Hanneman is a native of Northwest Ohio, and currently lives south of Norwalk. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College, Rensselaer, Indiana. He completed his Masters Degree in Education – School Finance, in 1995 from Ashland University, receiving the Outstanding Graduate Student and Academic Hall of Fame Award. | |
