Responsibilities/Skills Needed:
providing individual career advising to youth ages 14-21; acting as a liaison and providing direct contact to students, employers and academic settings; conducting community outreach; maintaining records and providing progress reports in accordance with grant policies and procedures.
  
Responsibilities Skills Needed: This grant-funded position requires a flexible schedule of day, evening and possibly weekend hours.  Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the following areas: education, social work, counseling.  Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree or higher.
