Walk
In: Stop by the Adult Education Office Monday
through Thursday from 8:00am to 9:00pm or Friday
from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Payment is due at time
of registration.

to (419) 499-5391. We accept VISA and Mastercard
Accreditation:
The EHOVE Adult Career Center is accredited by the
North Central Association of Colleges and Schools
and by the Ohio Department of Education, Division
of Career Technical and Adult Education.
Graduation
Rate:
EHOVE Career Center graduation rate for all full-time
students entering school after July, 2005 and completing
June, 2006, was 81%.
Admission:
Admission is open to anyone 16 years of age or older.
Classes are offered to all students regardless of
race, color, national origin, sex, or disability.
There are no residential requirements. Specific
program requirements may vary. Students wishing
to transfer academic work from another program should
contact the department coordinator. Children are
not to be brought to class at any time.
Payment
of Fees:
Course fees are payable at time of registration.
Partial payment of fees will be accepted only for
courses in which tuition fees are over $250. Call
extension 353 for tuition payment plan information.
For employee billing, either submit a purchase order
or obtain a tuition voucher from the front office
at extension 280.
Textbooks
and Supplies:
Textbooks, personal safety equipment and hand tools
are not included in course fees. Students are expected
to equip themselves with protective clothing and
safety glasses in required laboratories. Students
must provide their own hand tools for some classes.
Tuition
Assistance:
Financial Assistance is available for eligible students
in full-time training programs and in some part-time
programs. For more information, contact the Financial
Aid Office at extension 213.

8:00am to 4:00pm
Confirmation
of Classes:
Unless you hear from us, plan to attend your class
as schedule.
Cancelled
Courses:
The Adult Education Department reserves the right
to cancel, discontinue, postpone or combine courses
before or at the first class meeting. Attempts are
made to contact all students whose courses have
been cancelled. In the event a class is cancelled,
a full refund will be given.
Withdrawals
and Refunds:
Refunds will be issued only under the following
circumstances:
- Full refund if classes are cancelled by EHOVE
Career Center
- 100% refund minus $10 administrative fee if
withdrawing prior to the first class meeting
- 90% refund during the first week of class
- 50% refund during the second week of class
- 25% refund during the third week of class
- No refund after the third week of class
For classes larger
than 600 clock hours, refund will be calculated
per billing period.
For programs that meet
only 1 or 2 days per week, refunds will be issued
under the following circumstances:
- Full refund if classes are cancelled by EHOVE
Career Center
- 100% refund minus $10 administrative fee if
withdrawing prior to the first class meeting
- 90% refund during the second week of class
- 50% refund during the third week of class
- 25% refund during the fourth week of class
- No refund after the fourth week of class
If it's necessary to withdraw from a course,
the student must contact the Adult Education
Office to begin the refund process. Refunds
will be mailed within 30 days after the beginning
of class; however every attempt will be made
to process refunds at the earliest date possible.
