What we do - The Success for Youth program works with area youth in Erie, Sandusky and Seneca counties to provide mentoring and training services that assist area youth with attaining academic and employment/career success. Services are individualized to meet each youth’s needs and goals and may include:

• Dropout Prevention
• Career Exploration
• College Tuition Assistance
• Car Repairs
• Résumé Writing
• Assistance with Job Search
• Subsidized Employment Experiences
• . . .  and much, much more!

Who we help - To be eligible for the Success for Youth program, youth must:

• Be between the ages of 14-21 when they enroll and
• Have a defined barrier to employment success (see brochure for list) and
• Meet the income eligibility requirements for participation
