Ms. Sharon Mastroianni
Ms. Mastroianni resides in her hometown of Monroeville, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Masters of Education from Bowling Green State University. She earned a Specialist in Education from the University of Toledo. Ms. Mastroianni began her teaching career at Christie Lane school in Huron County and then became principal of Golden Rule School in Guernsey County. She was hired as EHOVE’s Special Education Supervisor in 1985. Ms. Mastroianni held a variety of administrative positions at EHOVE prior to becoming the Superintendent in 2006.
Mrs. Laura Dowdell
Adult Education Director
Mrs. Dowdell is a lifelong resident of Rochester and a graduate of New London High School. She earned her Bachelor's in Special Education from Ashland University, a Master's in Guidance Counseling from Cleveland State University and administrative licensure from Ashland University. She comes to EHOVE from Lorain County JVS where she served as Adult Education Supervisor.
Mrs. Erika Beckman
Mrs. Beckman lives in Republic and brings experience as a CAD instructor at The Tech Center, and process analyst and I.T. specialist at ThyssenKrupp Atlas, with her. She earned a Master of Education from the University of Toledo, a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Bowling Green State University, an Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering/CAD/CAM from Terra Community College and a Principal’s License from the University of Findlay.
Mrs. Elizabeth Becher
A graduate of Wellington High School, Mrs. Becher earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Miami University and Master's degrees in Educational Administration and Curriculum & Instruction from Ashland University. She previously worked as a Business & Technology teacher at Columbia High School as well as Lorain County JVS and Medina County Career Center.
Mrs. Kelly Bodkin
Mrs. Bodkin is a graduate of Bedford High School and earned a Bachelor's degree in Career & Technical Education from the University of Toledo and a Master's degree in Educational Administration from Ashland University. She was the Forensics Investigations Instructor for several years at EHOVE and previously was a Police Officer with Cedar Point Police Department and a State Trooper with the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Mrs. Bodkin has been very involved with community service and volunteer activities as a resident of Milan and with EHOVE students in SkillsUSA.
Mr. Matthew Ehrhardt
Mr. Ehrhardt graduated from Edison High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (grades 1-8) from the University of Toledo, a Master’s degree and Principal’s Licensure (grades 4-12) from Ashland University. He has obtained his Superintendent’s Licensure through Ashland University as well. Ehrhardt taught in the classroom for eight years, then spent three years in Avon Lake as an Assistant Principal, before returning to the area where he was the Principal at Edison Middle School and the district Transportation Director.
Mr. Charlie Warthling
Mr. Warthling is a graduate of Western Reserve High School, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education from Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Supervision Administration from Bowling Green State University. At Mapleton Local Schools, Mr. Warthling taught ag and was the FFA Advisor, then later became an Administrative Supervisor at Lorain County JVS. Mr. Warthling is also a volunteer firefighter in North Fairfield, works on the family farm and is involved with FFA, Huron County 4-H and Northern Ohio F.O.O.L.S.
Mr. David Jenkins
Mr. Jenkins resides in Milan, Ohio. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
